Imagine being CZ for a sec
You are an old convicted felon
Your wife is not getting any younger
You're the most hated person in the industry
Your exchange keeps losing market share to this new competitor that came out of nowhere
Hyperliquid?
The founder is younger, smarter, more handsome
You're confident your wife has thought about him more than once, in what manner? who can say
And to make it even worse, he used to work for you
This "Hyperliquid" competitor keeps gaining marketshare and attention
Very good attention
24/7 trading? leader of onchain perps? CFTC license to trade in the United States?
What the fuck
Trump goes on national TV and starts saying "Hyperliquid"
ICE partners up with TradeXYZ?
Stanley Druckenmiller creates an X account just to shill Hyperliquid?
Elon Musk joins in???
HYPE starts climbing up to $100
什么鬼!!!
It's time to do what you do best
Liquidate the market again and blame it on a "hack"
The root cause? Simple, no one will question it
Just say our DevOps engineer left their laptop open in a Luckin Coffee shop
Explosive diarrhea from uncooked shrimp wontons
Everyone can relate
We could risk $6B in a "hack" to make it look real
Coordinate with Tether and Circle to freeze most of it
User recovery funds handles the rest!
Entire market starts nuking and HYPE falls from $97 to $90
CZ and Binance will do everything possible to stop Hyperliquid from growing and shift attention back to them
Remember 10/10 happened because Hyperliquid hit open interest all time highs and Aster completely failed

Our investigators are observing never-seen-before laundering patterns with the stolen funds from the Binance exploit. Thousands of transactions in a short period suggest that the attackers are using automation to obscure the trail of funds. Rather than simply moving funds onward, they repeatedly circulate them among addresses, often sending funds back to addresses involved earlier in the sequence.

so you are basically saying(if not threatening) to Elon that if he doesn't stop trolling, you gonna have to sell all your SPCX to make up that gap?

Rough math:
$6.x b hack,
$3b frozen,
$1.x b SAFU fund
Gap is about $2b, we have $1.x billion in SPCX alone.
Remaining gap is (still painful, but) manageable. 🙏

Replying to @elonmusk @HuaweiMate6
Elon, have a lot of respect for you, but bad time to troll. Please stop.
Our SPCX shares (from our $500m investment in your Twitter takeover) are worth more than a billion.
Would appreciate if you show a little support. Thanks!

Our investigators observed funds stolen by DPRK in last month's Bitget exploit commingling with funds stolen from Binance.
We have a high degree of confidence that DPRK is responsible for the $6.4 billion hack of Binance.
We live in unprecedented times. But DPRK are up to their old tricks. We assess @binance hack for $6.4B was likely done by DPRK group TraderTraitor due to links to previous hack. Industry partners have already frozen ~$3B and we @chainalysis continue to follow all of the funds

🇰🇵 NORTH KOREA’S LAZARUS GROUP LINKED TO RECORD $6.3 BILLION BINANCE HACK
TRM Labs has identified North Korea’s elite TraderTraitor hacking unit as the likely perpetrator, citing high-confidence intelligence and similarities to previous attacks.
The hackers allegedly prepared at least 36 hours in advance, compromising Binance’s signing infrastructure to drain wallets across 10 blockchains in minutes.
The same group was responsible for the $1.5 billion Bybit hack in 2025.
Roughly $3 billion has been frozen, while billions remain under attacker control.
