Pathway to Serenity was designed to support pall care teams facing emotionally demanding roles, these tools have been integrated into a retreat format to benefit anyone professionals and individuals alike seeking clarity, calm and confidence in their personal or working lives.
In the last 9 months we have delivered 17 events (Death Cafes, Advance care planning, LPA, wills presentations..) and reached nearly 300 members of the public. We have also supported local residents with one to one appointments and completed 220 formal end of life care plans.
Let’s come together to remember, reflect, and shine a light on the darkness of suicide.
