Using wins as a QB stat is pure bullshit. Prime example - last game Bo contributed to losing more than winning. The 2nd half, the offense had 7 drives & 34 yards. Means lots of punting. The defense is why they won. 18-3 is not a Bo (QB) stat.
The Broncos are 18-3 in Bo Nix’s last 21 starts. And while Nix and the offense clearly need to improve, there are no questions in the building about Nix’s competitiveness, drive and ability to get things rolling again.

1 bad game is an accident, 2 bad games is a coincidence, 6 bad games is an identity.
This is a reminder wins are not a QB stat.
Wins are not a QB stat, it’s the biggest lie in football. When people attach wins to QB competence or greatness, it’s a type of dishonesty or ignorance. Mathematically, a defense has a far greater impact on a game’s outcome than a QB.
Nix wasn’t hand picked but fell to Payton. There’s only 1 who can claim to be hand picked if you’re in the QB market, the first. Why is Payton sugaring little lies to Nix? I think the broncos have a QB problem.
1. Williams

“You’re the guy we wanted here… let’s go.”
Sean Payton speaks on his confidence in Bo and the @broncos offense. #broncoscountry
Why would Payton hand over the keys to Webb with zero experience? The Broncos are in a Super Bowl window, and it would be a monumental gamble to let a green coach develop a brand new offense. Webb has to earn his stripes by excelling in Payton’s offense first.
I have written in #DenverPost and expressed on my #Broncos podcast similar thoughts. It doesn’t matter who calls plays if Bo Nix doesn’t play better. And Payton should have given Webb more time and more freedom to run his offense, not Payton’s. But the boss is back fully in charge. And that definitely grabbed the attention of players this week
This is mind numbing. They’re beyond irrelevant now. They’re a punchline for dysfunction and unqualified to other coaches around the country. Deion is paid a championship salary and won 3 games last year. Do they know the Buffs won the national championship without Deion.
Bo was touted as NFL ready because he started 61 games in college. 4 games in year 3, it’s indistinguishable from his rookie year in the same offense. He has one of the best QB coaches in NFL history. I am personally shopping for a new franchise QB. Is Burrow happy in Cincy? lol
It’s about time these refs have repercussions. They’re the ones who are supposed to uphold rules - the adult in the room. The NFL did something good for once.
🚨 NFL has suspended line judge Jeff Seeman and referee Adrian Hill after unprofessional conduct towards players in the Cardinals-Giants and Dolphins-Vikings games, per @adamschefter, @RapSheet , @TomPelissero , @MikeGarafolo

What’s happening in Boulder? If you’re going with Isaac Wilson, then fully commit. Is this Deion’s decision or Marion’s? What a dumpster fire - all created by no one else but the head coach.
Deion tells fans not to give up on Julian Lewis, his QB. Guess who gave up on Julian Lewis during the game and replaced him with Isaac? Not the OC or the fans, but Deion. If that’s not hypocrisy, what is?
Rules protecting QBs give them a false sense of security. They push boundaries to eke out every yard, leaving the defender trapped in a split second decision. The slide rule itself created this hit. Rules made to protect QBs are actually injuring them.
I agree with Amon-Ra in a slightly different sense. This is not just a Josh Allen issue-it’s league wide. The Bills ceiling isn’t Josh, it’s the roster. One player taking 20% of the cap out of a 53-man roster is crippling. If Josh took 10%, how many SBs would they have?
Amon-Ra St. Brown says being one of the best at your position in the NBA gets you a max contract, but in the NFL your position can determine how much you’re worth, with QBs like Josh Allen getting $250,000,000 guaranteed
Amon-Ra: "Josh Allen, $250 million guaranteed. Insane."
EQ: "The most guaranteed of all time."
Amon-Ra: "I was thinking about this... Football's kind of f*cked. In basketball, if you're one of the best at your position, you get paid just like everyone else: max deals."
"There's no position that gets paid more. I feel like football is the only sport like that."
"Quarterbacks get broke off way differently than any other positions."
I posted this 5 hours ago & thought it was funny. Now that I think about it, tho it’s funny, this is identity theft. It’s using McVay’s identity & slandering him for profit.
Matt Stafford couldn’t win in Detroit. He left and won the Super Bowl and an MVP. Barry Sanders was the best pure runner I’ve ever seen without a doubt. How amazing would his career have been if he was on a decent team?
I have a conspiracy theory:
Kicking out dudes rather than coaching them up, plus publicly calling out your QB and your OC, isn’t frustration-it’s an exit strategy.
He’s trying to get fired and collect that buyout.
This was planned by the Broncos. Madison Beer is actually a Bronco undercover spy. The plan is working flawlessly lol
When a RB switches hands and drops the ball, it’s a fumble. When a QB changes his mind, and loses control, that should also be a fumble. Losing control of the ball is a fumble. Stop babying the QBs.
Lions fans calling for a fumble on this 1 week after the Jared Goff “fumble” / Saints scoop and score that was ruled an incomplete pass is hilarious
xitter.cf/DaaSweener/status/2100…
Intentions are not a shield from being hit. I think you misdiagnosed Goff’s intent. He ran up field trying to score. After realizing it’s not possible, he squeezed out as many yards as possible. All calculated by Goff. The only ridiculous thing happening is your diagnosis.
RIDICULOUS!!! 🤯🤯🤯
#Lions QB Jared Goff was PUSHED to the ground despite clearly indicating he was going OUT of bounds.
The officials never even pondered the idea of throwing a flag for , yet have made this call for Mahomes multiple times last season.
A costly mistake by the refs. 😬
