At AWS ComSum in Manchester. Highlight so far was a Kraken presentation on diagramming systems, amazing real world insights and no wonder they're ahead of the legacies. Also, Purple Kraken plush! @agile_phil @g__j – at Manchester, England
Hey @OctopusEnergy @g__j - for us long standing customers on variable OIG there seems to be some real misinformation about getting the cut in April and how much it will be. Can this be clarified?
Looks like I'll be getting rid of all of my @madebygoogle and @googlenesthelp equipment, as Google Support is about the worst I've dealt with. Being charged double on my Google AI account and being told that nothing can be done, despite it being illegal.
So @UKVolkswagen are leaving me with an unsafe car, no courtesy car or mobility, no way to get my car fixed and no support other than telling me to complain to the Ombudsman. Honestly cannot believe how badly I've been treated in this case.
So @UKVolkswagen I had my car back today - it went less than 2 miles before it ground to a halt again throwing up numerous error messages as it went.
If you want a reliable car then do NOT purchase a @UKVolkswagen ID.4 - fully broken down for the 4th time and VW don't seem to actually care apart from me taking it to the dealership again to then have it happen - again.
My @madebygoogle Nest Hello is peeling - again. Also live view isn't working even though notifications are. What on earth is going on with Google products?
Hearing that @OctopusEnergy have dropped the @myenergiuk Zappi as a compatible Intelligent Go device. What does this mean for the future of existing customers? @g__j @agile_phil

As a candidate in the GM Mayoral election, I've been asked to 'clarify my stance' on gender.
I thought my stance on this was obvious, but just to be 100% clear:
Trans women are women. Trans-men are men. Non-binary identities are valid.
