Added some color, and now I have a little frame buffer and color.
The fun of all of this is the beauty that emerges from these, which are not dissimilar to viral capsids, and how geometry = function.
#glsl
Inspired by the wavy creatures from @yuruyurau, I wanted to take a stab at using his base math, adding more randomness and complexity by introducing domain shifting, and reconstructing it in GLSL.

Made some more progress on this archive page! Now it also runs each project directly on the page, so the entire algo can be experienced as intended
The next thing I'd like to add are the interactive controls for each params project 🛠️
How are work and play similar, and how are they affected by creating or art-making? Also some WebGPU, Strudel and other creative coding links for the week.

In my talk at @threejsconf I will cover how to interact with a fluid simulation that simulates and renders 1 million+ spheres in WebGPU at 120fps! 🌊⚡️
I picked this example because it combines several different performance optimization techniques.
But there will be more!

Its been a while..
An edition of my newsletter Creative Coding / Generative Art
Complex and Organized, Shaders covering my mourning of the craft of coding and AI, emergence and other articles on things like growing crystals in Blender.

Been quiet here, but I’m going to start sharing work again: generative systems, creative coding finds, and small experiments where code starts to feel like weather, growth, or motion.
What are you building right now?
