It is now a month since I paid you for software I am yet to receive. I DM’d you as requested and heard nothing back. I have since emailed your customer service team again. Still nothing. You took my money a month ago and gave me nothing in return. Surely this is illegal?

@currys I bought Microsoft 365 Business from your Teesside store on 2nd November with the promise of a download link by the 4th. 3 1/2 weeks later I have no link and lots of empty promises from your customer services staff. What on earth do I need to do to get this link?!
