Today the Office for National Statistics released figures showing the rates of sudden infant death syndrome (also known as SIDS and cot death), have remained very similar. We’re worried that SIDS deaths aren’t decreasing fast enough. (1 of 6🧵)

Water beads can be really dangerous if swallowed. They can expand to many times their original size, posing a serious risk of blockage in a child’s bowel. So, please don’t buy water beads for children under 5. Learn more: capt.org.uk/8-dangerous-gift… #ChristmasProductSafety

Today is #WorldSepsisDay. Sepsis is a life-threatening reaction to an infection. It happens when the immune system overreacts to an infection and starts to damage the body’s own tissues and organs. It can be hard to spot, so get clued up on the symptoms. ⤵️

Thankyou for the support you provide #twinstrust so important for us to remember and include the loss of a twin/triplet/quad when provided support to parents #RLINNU
As Twins, Triplets and more week draws to a close we want to come together and recognise those who have lost a twin, triplet or quad. Whether you have surviving triplets, surviving twins or lost both or all of your babies we recognise that you are still a parent of multiples.
