We had a wonderful morning with Mr Hughes from @gem_education today. We used Green Screen, Clips and IMovie apps to produce short instructional videos about how to stay safe when using the internet. 💻📱🕹👍🏻

We had great afternoon working with @gem_education to make online safety videos. We are hoping to use them to tell other classes how to stay safe when they are on the internet. Thank you Mr Hughes!

Y2 had a fantastic day with Julian @gem_education learning how to code Microbits. We debugged our algorithms to create a continuous sequence of LEDs, & eventually made our own decoration! We even coded algorithms for using buttons to switch lights on & off.

Year 3 had such fun with Julian from @gem_education. We made controllers using Makey Makeys, play dough, foil and even ourselves. We made our own games too.

We then added a voice recording to our cover page and question pages. Finally, we were able to try our branching databases out on our friends! @gem_education #stagnescomputing
