😂 NGL all these jokes are hilarious
The agents escaped the sandbox again Meanwhile the agents' owners:

Marriage is going from being excited when the hottest girl you know touches your arm to her being mother of your kids and liking everything you post on all three of her X accounts. It's pretty unreal

100% agreed. Focus on the harness and the heuristics for output quality, that way your ongoing investment isn’t going to waste and you can capitalize on model improvements by updating the harness for the better when it makes sense.
Replying to @mattpocockuk
Stop caring so much about model releases. Focus on the harness, and improving the environment your agent operates in. You'll find yourself far ahead of the curve.

The best personal agent should have terrible time-in-app metrics. Give it the errand and put the phone away. Gonna be interesting watching Meta build something that gets you off your phone
Meta's Muse reaching No. 1 in the App Store is a big moment. Wow. Personal AI agents have hit a tipping point.

Ignoring how preposterously long this took.. LFG
We're adding support for AGENTS.md to Claude Code. Starting today in version 2.1.277, if there is no CLAUDE.md in a folder, Claude will check for and use AGENTS.md. You can toggle this behavior in /config.

I cannot be the only one who struggles with this. I don't know of any 3P solutions to it and can only imagine the pain of hooking into macOS at this level and solving it, but dear god is it terrible.

Everyone is Astra this Astra that but the sleeper news is that Codex **finally** got Click-to-Answer. LFG.

OpenAI's 90th percentile researchers are spending $7,000 a day on tokens so yeah, recursive self improvement is real it's just happening to the invoice
Today we're releasing data on models accelerating research at OpenAI. Recursive self-improvement could be the most important contributor to AI capabilities over the next few years, but by default it will only be seen inside a few frontier AI labs. Being transparent is more urgent than ever, so we can inform the public discussion on whether and how to pace model development. I ask other AI companies to do the same. openai.com/index/research-ac…

Yeah, if you use it blind. But every senior I know who's genuinely good with AI is good because they already know what the tests should look like and how much code a problem is worth.
Unpopular opinion: Using AI to skip the hard parts of coding is how you stay stuck at junior level forever.

And juniors aren't going to stay stuck. Heuristics for quality get replaced, not deleted. They'll find theirs, probably faster than we found ours.

Btw this will infuriate a certain kind of "senior." Older-sibling energy: furious the younger one gets away with what they never could instead of capitalizing on the rules changing for them too.

.@paste_app 1/15: A clipboard manager sounds like a tool for accountants but it's actually for literally everyone except folks opting into a subpar life experience.

.@paste_app 14/15: MCP Again, Paste's native search is so good that I didn't miss this before I had it. That said here's an example of the kind of ass-saving it does when I need it.

.@paste_app 15/15: Paste is far from new. This banger came out in 2015, and it remains my clipboard goat. If you use a different tool for the job and rip it, God bless you. If you think you won't benefit from such a tool, still God bless you but c'mon now.
