WELL DWELLER 🐦‍⬛🪔 It will be difficult to find any game that surpasses it as my GOTY for 2026! What a game!!! ✨ Well Dweller is a masterpiece! The best metroidvania I've ever experienced. And it's made by a solo dev!!!! That's crazy! Congrats @KyleThompsonDev - Great artstyle! It mixes two things that are trending now: horror and cozy. i like to say that it's a spooky-cute game. The blending is perfect! - Discovering new areas, new enemies, new powers feels ultra satisfyng and never boring or repetitive. - Movement system is fluid and power ups are really well integrated. Matchstick + Bird is the perfect combination. - Boss combats are great! Not too difficult but rewarding enough when you beat them. There's some of them (queen, the shrine and lady of the drains) that I'll remember forever <3. - 100% Completion is not tedious and repetitive task. You even have endgame tasks to finish it! Overall, Well Dweller is a 10/10 indie game and dev story is one of those that makes the industry a better place!! Long life to Indie Games! ✊
