I enjoy attending The Homeowners Expo because of all the opportunities to learn about new products and services. The exhibitors are so helpful. I don't have kitchen work, but Chris from Kitchen Tune-up Annapolis helped me. I came away with several connections for other projects.

What I never expected. An inside look at the Amazon.com VGT1 Fulfillment Center in North Las Vegas gave me a whole new appreciation for the founder, the company, and the 2,400 employees at this location alone, who keep it running. They're committed to keep inventing.

At a Vegas hotel: long winding line at the front desk (bags, phones, mild fatigue) while the self-check-in kiosks sat almost empty. Human side felt busy & personal; machines calm & efficient. Neither wrong—just different. Prefer the kiosks or waiting for a real person?

The new Las Vegas @Athletics ballpark is rising fast on the former @TropicanaLV site and here's an updated photo from my prior visit. Groundbreaking was in June 2025, and the project remains on schedule for completion late February '28 in time for Opening Day 2028 season.
