🌟 True leadership means owning our mistakes, not deflecting them. We love this advice from an award-winning teacher, @sylviaduckworth! Let’s talk about the power of a real apology. 🤝 Accountability isn’t just saying ‘sorry’—it’s making things right. Which of these apology steps resonates with you most? ⬇️ #LeadershipGrowth #FailForward
