Your agents shouldn't each start from zero
We built a personal plan of GBrain for founders. Claude, Codex and Capy can now share one memory of who you know and how you execute

Life is more complicated than "Personal" and "Work", which is why we spent extra time on account switching in @gbrainio.
I use it to run my personal life, @polleverywhere, SaaS, & GBrain.
@garrytan uses it to run the many facets of his life & business.

We're here to make AI work better together whether its sharing memory, skills, or tools across OpenAI, Claude, GrokBot, or any other AI.
We have non-technical teams using us because half prefer OpenAI & the other Claude. We connect them so they can choose the best tool.
i run 5 claude code chats in parallel on one product. The problem is, they kept stepping on each other which resulted in duplicate work and decisions made in one chat that the others never heard about
so I made one chat the engineering manager. It keeps a single shared board (shoutout @gbrainio), asks every chat "what did I tell you that isn't on the board?", and messages each chat only what changes for it.
its first sweep found ~20 decisions that had never left the chat they were made in.
i highly recommend this for anyone else running multiple parallel agents
Teams can now hook their GBrain up to @SlackHQ with a few clicks.

Did you know you can use Gmail from your command-line terminal with GBrain Tools?
It’s a great way to put your email on autopilot, cleanup your inbox, or check emails from customers when coding new features or sweeping bugs.
Check it out 👇👇

If you hook your Gmail account up to multiple agents and terminals, you can see exactly when and how they’re using it with activity tracking.
This is incredibly useful if you run many agents and want to track of how they’re using Gmail from one place.

There’s more to it than just a CLI.
For starters, the permissions are granular enough to set read-only for agents you only want to review your emails; and give full access to the few agents you want to have full access.

Many such cases.

Get on there, watch the video before it drops on here later today, ask some questions, give us an upvote, and see how Tools saves tons of time each time you try a new AI and gives you visibility into how AI is using your apps.
