💯 Quirkies have dodged/survived every new meta, marketplace
grift, farming opportunity & shiny object over the years
I think everyone who loves NFTs, streetwear, family brands, cute IP, great communities, consistency & stability should own a Quirk.
Quirkies are different, Quirkies are home ❤️🙏

0xbfA8...A68e rescued ~280 WETH in the PPV2 incident on 9/25, and has agreed to return 90% to affected users, less an optional 5% bounty.
To reclaim, send them an onchain message and confirm you've revoked the approval.
You can now do both at nftsaresafu.xyz

If anyone out there got drained from yesterday’s debacle & wants to get into Quirkies
I am willing to put up 20% of the floor price for any of our projects
Dm me, it’s not going to completely fix your situation but figure I would offer for anyone looking for a recovery/new home

Woke up abruptly to news that almost 400 Quirkies were hacked from a Magic Eden exploit
Seems like 280 Quirks were recovered by @0xQuit and some legends
I think we just saved the rest from atleast being sold... we can figure out a solution
A few months ago I had our dev build a suspend function in our dashboard... it batches
I took screen shots of the 135 Quirks that were just stolen
loaded into CHAT GPT to quickly get a list of all the numbers
did a batch to suspend all 135 QUIRKS and I think it worked
Will keep you posted but right now it's time to protect Quirkies at all costs
Looking forward to some pixel art from halo nodes
Heard some dope mechanics too 👀

Outside of everything we’re building I’ve been focused on bringing in new IRL collectors to Quirkies
Not something I’ve posted about but over the last few months a handful of friends have quietly picked up over 50 Quirkies
None of them plan to sell
And I’ve accumulated over 50 myself
I’m working on several others who want to go whale and also some guys who want to help onboard
You cant sit around and wait for OpenSea to bring traffic , we haven’t had a random person buy a Quirkie in as long as I can remember
But I personally have onboarded holders over the last 4.5 years that hold thousands of Quirks and are IRL friends who truly love and support the vision
This is where the strength is from
We’re not onboarding flippers. We’re onboarding great collectors and entrepreneurs who love the brand and want to support my vision
Stability comes from onboarding as much as it comes from building cool stuff
Founders who don’t care about onboarding or growing their own holdings are not founders I am confident in long term.

Meet Bandit
After talking with @RealPiffsPeak about the strategy of our growing QuirKids story and lore
The Quirkie Treasury has acquired this Quirkie which will now be known as "Bandit"
Bandit will play a fun little trouble maker role, stirring the pot and of course still doing it in a fun and impactful way as we continue to build out our main characters and story

4.5 years ago I fell in love with @quirkiesnft
A year ago I decided to take the leap, sell my Hoodie Punk and use those funds to buy the project
I care about every one who cares about us
I think Quirkies holders are a collective of everything good in this space
The best ? No
The only ? No
But genuine and authentic ? 1000%

I wish every founder cared about their community the way @RealPapii cares about Quirkies.
Saw this in another project's Discord and had to share.

@quirkiesnft are the strongest among all PFPs
They have been more stable than USDT during this entire bloodbath since the beginning of the year 😂

I am going to rock this awesome @quirkiesnft PFP for a bit.
Not only I got to 100 Quirkies but was able to work a deal with my very good friend @StablesAffinity to get my hands on this Mist Falls, a trait that you rarely see listed (let people have some @fintechjunkie 🤣)

I’m 3 days late. But better late than never.
Congratulations to @RealPapii on one year of ownership of quirkies
In this one year Papii showcased that a determined founder can single handedly win the trust of the community and bring attention and life back to a project.
I’ve always loved quirkies art and always thought that the IP had huge potential and to see it in the hands of a founder who genuinely loved both the brand and community is amazing to see.
More power to you my bro! I’ll always be here by your side supporting you and the quirkies
