Working with Quincy Jones on the score for Get Rich or Die Tryin’ was in many ways life changing for Gavin Friday, he says: gavinfriday.com/2024/11/04/r…

Friday on a Wednesday. @gavinfriday at Third Man in Soho talking (beautifully) about a wild career that helped move the dial in Ireland. Love his new album, Ecce Homo, which sounds like a fucked up Irish Scott Walker broadcasting from a satellite at the edge of the solar system.

On the subject of his return to the live stage Friday remarked, “Performing ‘live’ is probably the place I feel most comfortable with myself - it's been an age and I cannot wait to get back on stage especially now that you've heard Ecce Homo - ‘live’ you can see it, smell it ...
... and let it kiss you”. Can't wait to see you there! lnk.to/EcceHomoTW

Album Review: @gavinfriday - Ecce Homo
"...the record skips through disco, gospel, kosmische Musik, Alessandroni-fused choral arrangements and more, making for a remarkable sonic trip. Mighty stuff..."
