Favorite Game Banners of Ruin/ 80 Days/ FTL/ Call to Arms Gates of Hell: Ostfront- It's hard to pick just one game when you're a variety gamer and all of these games have some of my heart. Banners of Ruin is where I began to love Deckbuilder Roguelikes/Roguelites. I had already enjoyed Rougelikes but finding that combo was someone great for me. 80 days is a game I highly suggest people give a go as you try to help this English gentleman win a bet in a steampunk world! It's where I started to find my love for steampunk and multiple route games. Finding items to help change up your routes, with dialogue coming into play was a blast. FTL was the first game I streamed and still holds my love for the different ship and crew builds you can do, I've been itching to come back to it recently. Call to Arms Ostfront is newer obsession as one of my first gaming loves was Command and Conquer, so real time strategy has always been something I had fun with! What sold me on the game was the chance to steal enemy vehicles and repair them then use them in the fight! Being able to arm yourself with enemy equipment and weapons that hold over each fight has become a blast. I enjoy the Finn vs Russia DLC because I'm a sucker for the underdog fight! (@gatesofhellgame) 2.) Favorite thing about your community/friends? I love the creativity and whimsical/goofy behavior of supportive & loving people. I was raised by a folk musician with ADHD, who is the reason I got into games, and a mother who has always enjoyed the little things in life. I love to see the passion people have for hobbies and skills. I also have such a supportive community to me and other queer people and keeping it a positive and safe place. 3.) A game you want to play and a game you never want to play again Warhammer 40000 Rogue Trader/Doki Doki Literature Club. I gave away a key for Rogue Trader and it just seems more my style. I love a good party management combat style of game! I got into Warhammer because of Ork warboss @krotukk , who would tell lore on stream during our games. I just kept asking questions and found my love in League of Votann, so now I'm slowly building and painting! Doki Doki is not my thing, I truly am a baby with horror (love the plot usually) and just easily scared. The game also just has a lot of trigger warnings tied to it that would tax my mental health. 4.) Something that makes you unique (life experience, game accomplishment, unique personal skill etc) I think I have a way of benign chaos. I love whimsy and goofiness used to make others laugh. I've lived a life of pain, happiness, self discovery where I try my best to understand others and bring out a smile. Genuine love to see others thrive and be themselves. I am someone who wished they were better off so they could lift others with them. I genuinely dont believe I'd keep most of what I earned if I won the lottery because I want others to thrive. This world has dealt a lot bad hands to others by chance or by systems and I want the people I care for to not suffer.
