. @DHLParcelUK still notnhad my parcel delivered despite reassurances it was being delivered to my house yesterday. Sat in all day and nothing, nobody replying to messages on here or Facebook either. Can't believe how useless a multinational company like you can be.
.@DHLParcelUK really unsatisfied with the service provided. Waited over a week for a parcel, you tried once to deliver to a local shop and because they said too large apparently now sending the parcel back to Germany?! Despite one of your operatives asking me what to do on FB 1/2

@asda @Georgeatasda Hi, myself and my girlfriend have tried a number of times to purchase some homewards online (over £100) but keep getting an error about the payment method. Money has come from both of our accounts and my PayPal (only held I think ) but order not gone through
This has happened on phone and computer. Using 2 diff bank accounts and a paypal. All items appear in stock. Helpline just said oh well, nothing you can do about it, money will be back in 5-10 days basically! But we would like to buy the stuff!?

You join us in late January, 8th in the league but its pretty tight. We STILL are conceding too many really and I think the Champions League has proved a distraction (we got humped).
Gonna have a quick bash whilst I have a couple of hours. Been a good season thus far, still conceding too many but we are right up there.
