Uważam Bogdana Święczkowskiego za najgorszą osobę do pełnienia funkcji prezesa TK. Ale nie ma żadnych podstaw prawnych, żeby „zarządzać przerwę” w jego czynnościach, czy „zawieszać go”, jak podobno zrobiono według Onet. Działania siłowe i bez podstawy prawnej, jeśli rzeczywiście są podejmowane, zemszczą się na demokracji okrutnie.
