I highly doubt I'm going to be able to get my hands on this at launch but I'm salivating at the opportunity to throw my money at them 🤤
Mission S. Authentic. Consistent. Timeless. A glimpse into the future - shaped by our heritage. Mid-engine architecture. A focus on the driver and the driving experience. Call it a love letter.

G'morning. Finally, I understand why that didn't work. Feels good.

Comments on this are wild. People think an artist can just deliver anything (AI music, lullabies, etc.). The artist has to deliver something the LABEL accepts as commercially viable. Which is how they have the power to shelve projects in the first place
Summer Walker faces $50 million lawsuit from Interscope over attempt to exit without delivering remaining albums. The contract described as “brutal,” offering $110k advance and 16% royalties after recoupment. She’s invoking California’s 1944 law to leave after 7 years.

If you're a new artist, you're going to be dealing with the "commercially satisfactory" delivery language. The language you really want the contract to use is "technically satisfactory" but that's harder to get until later

You want dirt cheap tickets to MALLORCA! 🤌🏽

G'morning. You don't learn because you're unwilling to listen to the people who've already the made mistakes

G'morning. The answer is no. Or yes. Depending on who you are.

Years ago I owned/operated a travel company that chartered commercial planes for private group vacations… I'm thinking that the Black Pride space needs a cruise event in The Med. Lux ship. Private beach club at ports. The works. Watch here.
Anyone here with experience chartering/full buyouts of cruise ships?

Ah yes! Get rid of the dining room everybody said… Nobody uses those… 😆 anti-dining room is antisocial
It's all the floorplans! There's nowhere to host! Bedrooms sized to watch TV in bed. Huge walk-in closets. En-suite baths. Massive Kitchens ... but tiny living rooms. And no space for dining tables “Apartments are built for Netflix and chill. We’re building for aloneness”

G'morning. I have a hard time letting go. It's not that I live in the past, but I'm constantly going down the rabbit hole of what could've been. It's problematic, but I do think the opposite is strange…people who brush the past off like dust from their shoes. Balance needed.

What I'm after when hiring is someone who can identify the goals and how we'll measure success. I ask them how they think we should tackle the challenges ahead and I offer advice based on my own experience, but it's up to them. I'm here to run interference and set them up well

This thing he says, about how if people work for you it doesn't actually mean you get to tell them what to do (especially the best ones), it's a really good point, that I rarely see discussed. And if even more true for Investor and founders, where you really-really-really don't get to tell them what to do. Investor often need to be reminded that.

I think I need to get off this app and start journaling again

The general consensus on this is very triggering and why I stay away from most people I don't know well. I'm extremely generous, but the moment I get a whiff that you think I "should've paid…" It's over 🤢
LeBron's wife Savannah James says she doesn’t feel the need to pay for her longtime friend and business partner, April McDaniel, to fly first class when they travel together, so Savannah flies first class while April flies on a budget. ✈️👀
