My self-sovereign / local / private / secure LLM setup, April 2026

I’ve held this vision privately for years:
humans living in coherence with each other, the land, and their purpose.
the image is a glimpse
the manifesto is the foundation.
Mapping the principles behind communities like this:
sovereign, regenerative, multidimensional... – at Sunshine Coast, Queensland

🌞👁✨️
1. Longevity in humans is linked to optimal solar exposure. The reason is simple. This protects the 7 layers of energy generation inside a cell. The more sun human gets the more diseases they can avoid and the #1 risk of most diseases is AGE. Solar exposure effectively makes you younger because it lengthens the TET mechanism inside of cells to improve the HAyflick limit in all cell lines. It is not hard to understand when your perspective is decentralized.
Third Places
Third places can be seen as the “living room” of society and have a number of important #CommunityBuilding attributes, with people feeling they are treated as social equals.
Informal conversation is the main activity and most important #linking function.

most DAOs focus on the obstacles standing between them and their contributors
• how to acquire new talent
• how to facilitate onboarding
• how to introduce new members
...
while these are important questions, it's also important to consider the whole contributor journey:
⚪ individual → ⚫ collective
MULTIPERSPECTIVE CONTRIBUTOR JOURNEY & TOUCHPOINTS
1. alignment → purpose
2. awareness → clarity
3. context → culture
4. introduction → onboarding
5. knowledge → education
6. workflow → operations
7. compensation → effectiveness
ALT communities are dynamic interconnected organisms.
