Yes! I actually pushed an update to the agent so my mom can now just send a voice note in Kannada or English, and it figures out the workflow from there.
Works like magic.
I genuinely think this can be game changing for elderly people who struggle with apps but are already completely comfortable with WhatsApp.
Add cabs, payments and other essential services. Becomes really powerful!
The frustrating part is that most consumer companies still don't expose MCPs or APIs that make this possible.
I really wish more of them would open up their MCPs so people can build genuinely useful experiences.
