🎥 Are you fast enough to make the play? Below is an example of the fielder pop time test we use as part of the Fielding rating in our Universal Rating System. We have players start on their stomach to simulate a diving play and standardize for everyone.

This is not an unpopular opinion. Everybody who cares about the game today is feeling this. This is why we built the Universal Rating System. The sport needed a standard for what it means to be good. And we've made it accessible without parents paying $2K+ for assessments.

Unpopular opinion: Too many players have no clue what level they can play at. Parents don’t know. Most Travel coaches don’t know. Kids are spending money on showcases at schools where they have ZERO chance of ever playing. Someone needs to start being honest with these kids.

Is hitting in the playoffs easier? w/ former big leaguer @Mike_Olt If you’ve never picked Mike’s brain before about mindset and dealing with pressures at the highest levels, you’re missing out.

🎥Can you check the box or not? That’s all that matters. After that it’s all about consistency…being able to repeat your focus and your outcomes. #playerintelligence #peloteroURS

🎥 Stop cheating the test @CC20rake There’s a a reason all of the testing for the Universal Rating System is validated with video… This is a massive issue in the game right now and the reason we are pushing so hard for standardization. #peloteroURS #playerintelligence

Do you really know what it means to be good?

Nobody actually knows how good they are. And it creates fear and doubt and prevents players from getting to where they should. #peloteroURS

⚡️ What is fast in the grand scheme of the sport? Corbin Carroll had the highest running rating across both rosters in the MLB All Star Game. This is the gap between he and the highest rated 12u player from tests we ran with @EVOBaseballMA #peloteroURS #playerintelligence

🎥 When an organization utilizes the Universal Rating System they are establishing a standard for players and parents. This is about perpetual evaluation. Every player always knows exactly what they need to do to reach the next level. #peloteroURS
