Hard to believe that there is ANY debate as to whether quality therapy is a necessary component of psychedelic medicine… clearly, the vast majority of safety and efficacy data (and logic) speak to: yes, it is necessary. (See thread).

Dangerous assumption. Pure GAD is one thing, depression ++ is another. Also interesting to see the comments below. Play down psychotherapy at peril of the future of psychedelics in medicine. It's a neglect of the model. Also highlights why set & setting research is essential
