We have passed a major milestone, with our MKX product now used in more than 3,500m³ of concrete across major Melbourne infrastructure projects, including the Suburban Rail Loop and Eastern Freeway Extension.
MKX has now been purchased by multiple concrete suppliers, including first commercial customer Holcim Australia and Eifers, with further concrete due to be poured for taxiway pavement at Melbourne Airport. The milestone marks a key step in G360's market-creation strategy, moving MKX beyond trial-scale validation into repeated, real-world use ahead of investment in larger-scale dedicated production.
Our Executive Chairman Aaron Banks commented: "More than 3,500m³ of concrete across multiple projects and applications gives customers, engineers, contractors and infrastructure owners the opportunity to see MKX performing under real-world conditions."

Australia’s concrete industry is facing a growing supply challenge as traditional supplementary cementitious materials (SCMs), including fly ash and slag, become increasingly difficult to source.
This Stockhead article looks at the emerging SCM supply squeeze and the role we could play in addressing it through MKX, our high-reactivity metakaolin produced from Australian kaolin.
Victoria alone requires around one million tonnes of SCMs to service its concrete market, while major housing and infrastructure investment continues to drive demand.
Our MKX is already moving into real-world use:
• More than 1,000m³ of concrete poured using MKX
• Around 700–800 tonnes delivered to date
• Can replace up to 40% of cement clinker, cutting embodied carbon by up to 30% without sacrificing strength or durability
• Current capacity of approximately 30,000 tonnes per annum via our toll-treatment arrangement with Calix (ASX:CXL)

As Australia's ageing coal-fired power stations become increasingly unreliable and progressively retire, the supply of fly ash—a key supplementary cementitious material (SCM) used in concrete—is continuing to tighten.
In this clip, Energy Minister Chris Bowen discusses the growing reliability challenges facing Australia's coal fleet and the transition to new energy sources.
The shift highlights the need for alternative SCMs that can help maintain concrete supply while reducing emissions. Green360 is scaling the production of high-performance metakaolin to provide the construction industry with a reliable, Australian-made solution as traditional fly ash availability continues to decline.
