Friday was my last day at @ZephyrCloudIO.
Now, I'm looking for my next role. I've been agentic coding and learning how to be more efficient with token usage. I led our company in UX design and engineering. I would love to stay in a UXE role, but open to leadership roles as well. I learned that my leadership skills have tremendous value with my experience.

Sometimes, my OpenClaw agent would be off doing what I asked...but I had no idea if it was on the right track.
It wasn't until I turned on /reasoning that I was able to get visibility into what it was doing.

I miss the rotary dial on our old Mazda for controlling the cars dash. It's so much more ergonomic than using a touch screen, especially when driving.

I've spent *maybe too much* time thinking about logging.
At npm, logging was my main tool for debugging the registry. At Google, I learned to log proactively so debugging rarely required a deployment.
Now, as a PM at Sentry, I get to learn how developers across many companies think about logging.
