Does anyone here has experience with urban street lights beeing switched to LED and QRM on the bands ?? My city just announced they wanna switch all street lighting to led over the coming years.

IC-705 & Yaesu SPA-1 "marriage??Saw that the yaesu SPA-1 amp will be available solo soon for ~600€. After watching some videos i saw that antennas , linear , speaker and power are connected, no control, so i deduce it only relys on linear jacks BCD & PTT for control maybe alc1/2

So still wonder how power on signal is done and ant selection ( 2 ports go in) Are there already any projects / attempts out there yet, trying to get the 705 along with yaesus PA? Would be really nice to get more power on vhf uhf as well and not only hf with other amps:-)

Anyone has a hit for me where to start looking. My #sdrconsole suddenly grabs the qrg from my ic9700 instead of the selected sdrplay sdr2? Ic9700 has never been configured in sdrconsole. Cannot do vhf and qo100 same time anymore. Using mshv for 9700

Got ahold of the problem. SDRConsole got ahold of omnirig and used it ( without my consent 🤪) for tracking . :-/ hope its solved now

Instead of working on my ham vhf amp project i have in stock since years I m debugging my sk fathers H0 model trains. Servicing all 🚊Got every locomotive running except that one where motor does not engage :-/ 40m of tracks laying on the basement floor to play with my kids :-)

2/3 with a click on a button i throw the qsl in kind of a outgoing qsl list to later print the labels for the paper qsls. All seems to go via multiple clicks n different menues etc . Found no easy way... All takes far longer than manually going through the pile and handwriting..

Hi @LeoBodnar Is there any way to get normal GPS Nmea stream from gpsdo's via the USB port for the old big double gpsdo and the old mini one ? Would be great to Sync time and loc while /p with the satellite stuff.

Missed the 30y anniversary of my Hamradio licence. 23.10.1995 ... First as DG2KFS . Just found a copy of my old licence . December 1995 bought the IC-706 I m still using in my car today... (27y of the 30 mounted in cars, thats quality)
