🗣Support coach development and CPD!
Most our coaches are voluntary and work full time. CPD through webinars, workshops, a coaches online portal would enable them to stay up to date with the knowledge on the WCPP benefiting them and athletes @UKA_AC POLICY 3👩🏼🎓👩🏻🏫🧑🏾💻

🗣Athlete Mentors!
The second policy I would like to introduce should I be elected on the BAC. Having a role model or friend to talk to, guide you and share their experiences can positively impact an athletes mindset as they transition through their career. @UKA_AC #givingback
