Most AI tools give you the same purple gradient, Inter font homepage.
I opened MiniMax Code, did the daily check-in (400 free points), then used the Frontend Design skill.
Prompted it: “Design a distinctive visual direction for this product homepage and implement it responsively.”
unique typography, a clear point of view, intentional layout and then write the actual responsive code. Not the usual AI template. It also used Computer Use where it needed to check the result in a real browser window.
Then I stepped away. From my phone (Remote Control) I checked progress and approved the next step while it kept going on my computer.
Points stack to 4000 for a full week of check-ins (valid 30 days). Enough to properly test real frontend work without paying.
If you want an agent that can actually design and ship distinctive frontends, start with the daily check-in + the Frontend Design skill.

best software never asked you to meet it midway. It met you where the work already lived.
30 yrs we all spent that care turning raw information into something you could feel.
Then the most capable software ever built handed us a text box and called it progress.
OpenUI 1.0 is the quiet correction.
Not another generic chat surface. Interfaces that form around the actual job, a map, dashboard and comparison, built from the same components that already make a product feel like itself.
The intelligence is here. The interface is finally catching up.

For 30 years, technology has moved in one direction: turning information into intuitive interfaces
Somehow, the smartest software we’ve ever built took us back to a textbox
We’ve spent the last 2 years at @openuidev trying to fix that. 6 months ago we open-sourced it: 10K+ GitHub stars, 6M+ downloads
ChatGPT shipped Intelligent UI and showed everyone what it looks like
Today we’re releasing OpenUI 1.0 bringing it to every other agent

Sleep is now part of the dev loop.
The setup in the animation is simple. The coding agent works through the night, and its definition of done is that TestSprite's Integration Tests pass against the running app. Each failure comes back as the step that broke plus a fix prompt the agent can act on, so it fixes and retests on its own instead of stopping to wait for you.
The CLI is open source under Apache-2.0 and works with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Antigravity, Kimi and Trae.

Rewriting your resume from scratch for every single job application doesn’t have to be your full-time job.
I can feel my buddies frustration in replies all the time.
This 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐆𝐏𝐓 𝟔 𝐀𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚 𝐂𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 has attendees build their own Astra workflows during the session.
You learn prompts that get Astra to nail the output on the first try while using fewer tokens, then watch it find roles that match you and tailor your resume for each one.
Everyone who signs up also gets the Astra Power Playbook with ready prompt formulas and workflows.

What I would use it for this week:
Walk a game idea before greybox.
Push a camera and a line of text to find a shot.
Repeat an input until the interaction concept is honest.
Steer a story beat and see if the fork feels like cinema or noise.
Still early: identity holds better than it used to not perfectly. Treat it as a studio not a build target.

Read the report: pixverse.ai/en/blog/pixverse…
The engine is the model. Next frame, next sound, next spatial beat come from prior state plus player action. You are not loading a baked map so much as steering a prediction.
Complement: level ideas you can inhabit in an afternoon. Agency that is actually messy. Emergent beats you would never keyframe.
Limit: developers still need contracts. Damage that stacks the same way. Doors that open on the same flag. Multiplayer that does not invent physics.
I don’t think R2 is a shipped engine. I think it is a new layer that can sit beside one explore first, freeze rules later.
Under the hood it isn’t a pile of separate models taped together.
One causal backbone, Omni Causal AR, learns the jump from current world state + live control to the next synced audio-video chunk. Memory is split on purpose: long anchors for who you are and what the world is, a short rolling window for motion and camera and compressed object history so important details survive.
Then the same backbone gets accelerated for real-time, instead of training a cheap twin that forgets half the skill. Scale first. Then make it live.
I used to think of AI video as a render button. Prompt in, clip out and done.
R2 broke that habit. You don’t close the shot. You stay inside it. The model keeps streaming picture and sound while you talk to it, feed it a reference, drop in audio or move. The next second is generated from what already happened not from a blank slate.
That’s the difference between a file and a world

The cheapest research you can do is still a waitlist before you build anything.
Describe the product. You get a live page with a headline, benefits, email capture and a share link in a few minutes.
These aren’t mockups. They’re working apps with a real backend, a real database, and code you own.
