Not really surprising. Since the L2 / alt-L1 / corpo slop stablecoin database meta died there hasn’t been that much to invest in. We’re likely to see a consolidation era, with the active blockchains with users and products now, becoming dominant in the next phase of crypto. I think this will work out better. Infinity pointless generalised blockchains was beyond boring. Hopefully now money will flow into applications on those blockchains. We have the tools now and it’s getting easier by the day to build. It’s the post-protocol era. All about the product now.
