I don’t buy the claim of a major Israeli attack on Syria. Israel still is trying to restart major operations against Iran w/the US. There still remains May wildcards WHEN this happens. Hezbollah still remains - albeit at a weak state ; the Houthis can threaten Bab Al Mandab ++

An elderly man in #Taiz breaks down in tears as he describes life under Houthi shelling and siege.
He accuses the Houthis of indiscriminately bombarding residential areas and tightening the siege to force people from their homes. Residents have been killed and wounded, houses destroyed, and families left too frightened to venture outside, he says. Even livestock have died because the shelling prevents residents from taking them out to graze.
“The Houthis’ cruelty does not represent the Yemeni people. Yemenis are compassionate, but the Houthis are brutal and oppressive. They have neither compassion nor conscience.”

NEW: Israeli forces have begun moving military equipment to the Jabal al-Arab summit in Syria's Sweida province to set up a base, possibly including radar systems, a local source told Syria 360.
According to the source, dozens of Israeli military helicopters have carried large amounts of weapons, equipment and advanced devices to the area over the past 72 hours.
Local Druze authorities have reportedly banned civilians from approaching or photographing the sites.

Local sources tell @BashaReport those targeted were newly recruited southern fighters gathering at the base, not Saudi forces, as Houthi media claims.
This is yet another example of the contradiction between Houthi rhetoric and their actions. They claim they are not targeting southerners, yet their attacks tell a very different story.
