Part of my trading journey is doing a psychological review after market close. I'm not a perfect trader, but i try to get better at recognizing when impatience starts to hinder my trading day. Journaling and doing self-evaluations have helped me grow so that I keep my losses small and can snap out of a losing rut to focus on better trades.

Rocky start to my morning, but I was able to regroup and catch a banger. After my previous class last week, I'm helping attendees navigate their way thru this rocky market. Join me on November 1st. $SPY 3-1-3 on the daily. Above 773, it can really push. If it loses 765, we drop a lil more. Keep an eye on it.
