ALT Researchers used a radio telescope survey to study the aftermath of exploding stars, known as supernovae. They looked at 29 supernovae and found that eight of them still showed signs of activity long after the explosion. This means the explosion continues to interact with the surrounding space for years, producing new effects. These findings give scientists a better understanding of what happens in the later stages of a supernova's life and how these powerful events shape their environment.
