Diaphragmatic breathing can be helpful! 1. Place one hand on the chest and one hand on the abdomen. 2. Inhale through the nose, air fills the abdomen allowing it to rise up. The chest remains still. 3. Exhale through the mouth, the abdomen falls down as air leaves the body.

To all those who are now “retiring” clinical testing and examination for “doing I dunno what instead” - let’s speak in a few years about your experiences. In the meantime I am staying “old school” doing a full clinical examination including tests I know aren’t that specific.
