作为一个老程序员，分享一下我平常是如何 Vibe Coding 的。 搞后端的朋友应该对 IntelliJ 系列很熟悉，论代码高亮、跳转等原生体验，它依然吊打 VS Code。但在 Vibe Coding 时代，IntelliJ 唯一的痛点就是缺乏好用的、能像 VS Code 插件那样进行可视化交互的 AI 工具。虽然 Anthropic 官方出了 IntelliJ Claude Code 插件，但说到底还是在终端（Terminal）里交互，不够直观。 所以我目前的折中工作流是：IntelliJ IDEA + VS Code 双持。 IDEA：负责看代码、写核心逻辑、提交代码。 VS Code：专职作为 AI 编码的编辑器。 这里推荐一个非常非常好用的 IDEA 插件：EditorJumper 这个插件可以在 IDEA 内直接跳转到 VS Code 中对应一行代码，这样就可以在 VS Code 中指定特定的代码块跟 AI 对话了。
