That ending in Friday the 13th Part 3 (1982) genuinely gave me nightmares growing up. Jason standing at that window with that disgusting grin, then coming outside taunting Chris like he's enjoying every second of her terror. No hockey mask, just that horrifying face. What makes it even creepier is that Chris recognizes Jason as the same man who attacked her in the woods years earlier. Even after putting an axe in his head, she's still terrified of him. And just when you think it's over, Pamela's rotting corpse comes flying out of the lake. Even Chris's nightmares have jump scares. The poor girl couldn't catch a break awake OR asleep. Part 3 deserves more credit for how disturbing this ending was. This is the kind of psychological horror Crystal Lake should bring back. #CrystalLake #FridayThe13th #JasonVoorhees #Horror
