Boom. And there we have the answer to the new craze of polluting food with folate.

Eat a pound of beef a day, every day for a year, and one animal dies. One bullock, two years out on grass, a bolt to the forehead and gone before the sound reaches him. Eat a pound of pork a day for a year and 3 pigs die. Most go down a lift into a pit of carbon dioxide. It burns the nose and throat, they fight to climb out, and it takes the best part of a minute to put them under. Eat a pound of lamb a day for a year and 8 lambs die. Stunned, cut, done inside a second. Eat a pound of salmon a day for a year and 55 fish die, plus the sardines they were fed. The lucky ones are clubbed. The rest have the gills cut while awake, or are gassed, and fight it for up to nine minutes. Eat a pound of chicken a day for a year and 75 birds die. Hung upside down by the legs on a moving line, dragged head first through an electrified bath, then the blade. Some arch their necks, miss the water, and meet the blade awake. Eat a pound of prawns a day for a year and 15,000 die. In the trawl they are crushed and left to asphyxiate on the deck. In the farm, their mother has her eyestalk cut off to make her lay. Eat a pound of bread a day for a year and nobody can give you a number. Field mice, voles and nesting birds go through the combine in July. In Germany alone the mowers cut around 90,000 roe deer fawns in half every May. Round the grain store the rats take the poison and bleed to death inside for a week. Eat a pound of rice a day for a year and the paddy is flooded, drained and sprayed, and everything in the water goes with it. Frogs, fish, snakes, the lot. Then the stubble is burned. The bullock had a number on an ear tag and a man who checked on him every morning. The field mouse had a combine. The only animal on the list that was looked in the eye before it died is the one you have been told to feel guilty about.

Restore Britain opposes the mandatory fortification of flour with synthetic folic acid. Food should be left as natural as possible. This petition is about to hit 100k, and that will allow me to speak in Parliament opposing it. Please sign/share. petition.parliament.uk/petit…

It’s so strange that you can oppose WWl, Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, Iran or pretty much any war from this century or the last as a complete disaster that never should have been fought and it’s a complete safe position. In fact, it seems almost no one can even attempt to offer a rationale for any of them. But, it is radioactive to even question the wisdom of fighting the Second World War. On its face, that’s just weird.

This is where the Arabs were ahead of us By castrating all their slaves, they made sure that there were no descendants who could claim reparations
I’ve had enough of these grifters. If another government comes whining for slavery reparations from the country that distinguished itself by its relentless global abolitionism, we should treat it as a hostile act and respond with economic sanctions. dailymail.com/debate/article…

Folic acid to be added into UK food supply. Folic acid more than doubles risk of prostate cancer. The NIH warns cancer patients to steer clear of folic acid. Any of this making sense?
‘It’s not fortification. It’s contamination.’ The UK is forcing folic acid, a synthetic drug into the entire flour supply - without anyone’s consent. This is the same chemical the NIH warns cancer patients not to take. @ClareCraigPath has shown it more than doubles the risk of prostate cancer. They scream about rising cancer rates yet deliberately poison the food supply. Make it make sense. Here is the petition calling for a parliamentary debate. petition.parliament.uk/petit…

Steinem worked for the CIA, an organisation owned and run by the banks. Everyone should be asking why feminism benefits bankers but I'm not seeing much evidence of this
Women, the reason you can have a credit card in your own name and don’t need a man’s signature to open a bank account is because of Gloria Steinem. RIP to this queen.

Until recently I was living in China, and since the population has not been indoctrinated by woke into denying the evidence of their own eyes, the Chinese are admirably open about what they see when they come into contact with Africans. This is a documentary about a Chinese company trying to help the Congolese to build the basic infrastructure of a modern state. This Chinese man’s description of Conolese workers would be recogniseable as a description of the average African man or woman in the Western world if, like the Chinese, we described what we saw instead of what we’ve been bullied into saying. When I returned from Hong Kong two months ago, two council workers were in the process of demolishing the wall of a garden opposite my flat and rebuilding a new one. The old wall is about twenty feet by six. I’ve had the privilege of watching Chinese workers, and can confidently says that two Chinese workers would, without a shadow of doubt, complete the job in a day, maybe even an afternoon. But these workers were a Middle Eastern man and an African man. I watched them for the first week as they occasionally turned up and removed bits of the wall. Throughout that time, the Middle-Eastern man did what little work was done, while the African sat on a nearby wall and played with his smartphone. I never saw him touch a brick. A month later, there was a pile of broken bricks, but most of the old wall was still there. I went away to Europe for a month, and when I came back I wasn’t surprised, because I’ve lived my whole life around Africans, that the wall still wasn’t built. That’s two months that these immigrants were being paid by my council tax to sit on their arses and do nothing, just as the Chinese man in this documentary describes them doing in the Congo. Eventually, two White men came in and built the wall over a weekend, then another came and put the mess in a tip. The tip, of course, still hasn’t been picked up by the council, presumably because the driver is an African, employed under EDI quotas. Apart from the fact that this is a demonstration of why China is the most productive country in the world while the UK is an economy collapsing under the burden of supporting an population of unskilled, useless and lazy immigrants, it also shows that, while culture and education and environment can lift the average IQ of a people 10 or more points, Africans, whether in the UK, the US or the Congo, remain stupid and lazy. Apart from those being built by China, countries in sub-Saharan Africa still rely for their infrastructure on the railways, roads, bridges, schools and hospitals that British and other European peoples built when they were our colonies; and those that have expelled us, whether that’s in South Africa, Zimbabwe or the Congo, have fallen into societal chaos, street crime and economic crisis. In the former, where sport stadiums of thousands of Africans led by Julius Malema — whose party, the Economic Freedom Fighters, won 9.5% of the vote in 2023’s General Election — chant ‘Kill the Boer!’, infrastructure in the cities is collapsing from lack of investment and maintenance, unemployment (around 33%) is the highest in the world and the crime rate (74.7 per 100,000) is the fifth highest in the world. Like the African man in this documentary, the woke will turn away, shrug and blame it all on colonialism and racism; but China won it’s independence in 1949 and now has the strongest economy in the world. I know, I’ve travelled around their cities, and they make London look like the Nigerian shithole it has been turned into. Is it coincidence that the Chinese have higher average IQs even than Europeans? Woke bullies us into believing that everything is made by social structures and historical economic inequality, because it allows the lazy and stupid people who believe its dogma to avoid responsibility for their laziness and stupidity. But societies, like the walls outside my flat, are built by people, not structures. As a people, Africans don’t build, they only destroy; and the Africans in the UK are so numerous now that they constitute a people. Their behaviour, as we saw in the Ghana festival over the weekend, their criminality, as we’ll see in Notting Hill Carnival this month, and the financial and social cost of them being here, is only going to get worse. At the last count, which is already out of date as thousands of invaders enter our country every day, there are around 1.2 million Caribbeans, 675,000 Nigerians, 25,000 Somalis, 200,000 Ghanaians, 200,000 Zimbabweans and thousands of other sub-Saharan Africans living at our expense in Britain. We need to get rid of 99% of them if we’re to restore Britain to the British, because Africans are not compatible with a civilised and prosperous society: not in Africa, not in the USA, and definitely not in the UK.

Bernthal is right. Pitbulls make up 7% of dogs and ~67% of all fatal dog attacks. It is racist to notice. It is also irrational, bordering on insane not to notice. You can apply this standard to other areas of life.
Jon Bernthal says fear of pit bulls is “dog racısm.”

For over twenty years, an engineer named Richard Bernstein did precisely what his doctors ordered. He ate the diet the American Diabetes Association blessed, close to half of it carbohydrate, and chased the resulting flood of sugar with large doses of insulin. It was killing him. By his mid-thirties his body was breaking down: failing kidneys, nerve damage, the early wreckage of a Type 1 diabetic who had been told in 1946 he would be lucky to reach forty. The treatment was textbook. The patient was dying on it. In 1969 he got hold of a machine that blew the whole thing open. It was a blood glucose meter, a three-pound box sold only to hospitals to tell an unconscious diabetic from a drunk. Bernstein could get one at all only because his wife was a doctor and it was bought in her name. He began measuring his own blood sugar several times a day, the first patient in the world known to do it. What the numbers showed was damning. His levels were swinging violently outside any safe range, on the exact diet the experts had sworn by. So he ran the experiment they never bothered to run. He cut the carbohydrate hard and swapped the big insulin doses for small, precise ones. His blood sugars flattened to near normal. His complications began to reverse. He had cracked tight control for Type 1, the type the profession insisted diet could never touch, and the very same approach worked for Type 2. Then came the most telling part of all. When he tried to publish what had just saved his life, the journals turned him away, not on the evidence, but because he was an engineer and not a physician. So at the age of 45 he enrolled in medical school, for the sole purpose of earning the right to be heard. He qualified, opened his own practice, and spent the next several decades proving the establishment wrong one patient at a time. The profession never really thanked him for it. It had spent years handing a high-carbohydrate diet to people whose defining problem is that they cannot handle carbohydrate, and then blaming those same people when they fell apart. Bernstein lived with Type 1 diabetes for 78 years and died last year at 90. He outlived a great many of the experts who swore it could not be done, and a great many more of the patients who were simply given the official advice and told to trust it.

A woefully under-recognised aspect of this case is that Lucy Letby won a grievance procedure against the two male doctors who ran the neonatal unit where she worked, for bullying and harassing her. It was only after this – after being found guilty of bullying and harassing a young nurse on their unit – that Drs Stephen Brearey and Ravi Jayaram told the police that they suspected she was killing babies. The jury at Lucy Letby's trial were never told about any of this. They were never told that these two doctors – both key prosecution witnesses; one a bona fide local celebrity, known fondly in Chester as "the TV doctor" – had been found guilty of bullying and harassing Lucy Letby, before publicly accusing her of murder.
