I built Frontload — a peptide, TRT & GLP-1 tracker with an AI coach that answers from your real data, not generic advice. Free month of Pro on me: download it, then Settings → Redeem a code → FIRSTMONTH. frontloadapp.com #TRT #peptides

On the podcasts, growth hormone "improves nutrient partitioning" and tren "boosts muscle protein synthesis." It all sounded like nitrogen retention to me. So I looked up what each one actually measures, and tested both claims against the research. frontloadapp.com/blog/nutrie…

Sarted TRT at 207 pounds and was 214 two months later. It was not muscle. The scale could not tell me what changed, but my progress photos could. Here is what that weight probably was, the ways photos lie too, and how to take ones you can actually compare. frontloadapp.com/blog/progre…

Been taking Reta for a year straight. Worked up to 6 mg per week. I’ve decided to take some time off. I’m curious to see how much weight I gain back.

Podcasters say testosterone and steroids "increase nitrogen retention" like it is obviously a good thing. I had no idea what it meant or how it worked, so I finally looked it up. Here is what it actually is and whether some compounds cause more of it. frontloadapp.com/blog/nitrog…

What’s everyone’s stack looking like today.

I went to a gym today that has a posing room. I’ve never been in a posing room before. The Internet is a goddamn lie. I do not look like this. 😂

First time at @PlanetFitness. This place is awesome! It’s bright. All the equipment is clean. Everyone is super friendly. It’s not dumb crowded. Also. O-H!

My doctor's office billed my insurance $3,287 for a single blood draw. After insurance, my share was $227. I priced the same exact tests cash at @hellogoodlabs , same Quest network. $189. Going through my doctor and insurance actually cost me money.

I paid $227 after insurance. The same exact tests, cash at Good Labs, are $189. Whatever insurance did behind the scenes, paying with it still cost me more than skipping it and paying cash.

This is why I built Frontload. Order your own bloodwork, see the honest price, track every marker yourself over time. (Credit to Good Labs for actually pricing it straight.) Taking control of your health data isn't just smarter. It's cheaper. frontloadapp.com/blog/trt-bl…

They even billed $38 for the blood draw itself. Good Labs includes it for free. The number on a medical bill has almost nothing to do with what the test costs to run.
