"In a Resource Based Economy, the human condition is of prime concern with technology subordinate. In such an economy, production is accomplished totally by machines and the products are available to all. The concepts of work and earning a living become irrelevant…” - Fresco
"It seems that conditions were so abusive in some lands that they put in socialism, communism, whatever, or fascism that fits the conditions that people live under. None of them are the solution. All governments all through history have been corrupt." - Jacque Fresco
"Some people say we are what we eat. Well, Hitler was a vegetarian, but he was a jackass in many ways. I'm not too interested in people eating good healthy food. I am more interested in what goes into their heads than their guts." - Jacque Fresco

“The challenge all cultures now face in this technological age, some more than others, is to provide a smooth transition toward a new way of thinking about ourselves, the environment and the management of natural resources.” - Jacque Fresco

While our often senseless forays into brutality and violence continue—demonstrating how far we remain from being truly civilized—more people are beginning to recognize the need for a fundamentally different way of managing technology, resources, and human relationships.
This growing awareness is encouraging, as it reflects a willingness to question existing systems. However, many stop short of exploring what viable alternatives might look like.
We encourage you to investigate the work of Jacque Fresco to gain insight into possible future scenarios and more effective approaches to organizing society.
Fresco dedicated his life to studying how environment, technology, and social systems shape human behavior, proposing a scientific approach to designing a more sustainable and humane civilization.
His ideas continue to inspire ongoing discussion about systems thinking, global cooperation, and the future of society.
This month marks 110 years since the birth of Jacque Fresco.
