A businessperson, father, husband that is concerned about the creeping infringement on our freedoms in North America

I wanted to make a comment out of concern for the future of Canada. What’s concerning is that the masses seem to be just fine with how things are going - to puff out their chest, say elbows up, remove US liquor from their shelves, and all of a sudden (1)

Perfectly said 👏 CO2 is “the gas of life”
An honest approach would be to acknowledge the obvious truth. CO2 is not a pollutant and those who would suggest otherwise contemptuously consider any disagreemtnas “dumb”

So true… She babbles on with incoherent nonsense, and acts like a middle schooler. Canada deserves better.
You know damn well most Canadians can’t listen to this woman’s mumbo jumbo nonsense. She only makes Canadians dumber.

Doesn’t that take the cake… The group has set up “borders and barriers, and are scrutinizing entrants before allowing passage” 🤔 You can’t make this stuff up 😂
Fox News’ Brooke Taylor reports a small group turned an intersection into a checkpoint — stopping drivers they suspected were ICE officers and demanding identification before allowing them through.

Imagine going to “everyone under arrest”…. This is too ridiculous to be serious - please tell me this is a parody 😔

I believe the @CMA_Docs continue to promote these therapies as they have been banned in much of the sane world.
Can't wait to hear the response in Canada. Oh wait. This won't even get reported in Canada.

So true. We allow our leaders to get in the way of prosperity in the name of virtuosity - instead we borrow our way into oblivion 😔
🇨🇦 Every Canadian should read this twice: 🇨🇦 Canada ranks : 🥇 1st in uranium 🥇 1st in potash 🥈 2nd in nickel 🥉 3rd in oil 🏅 5th in gold 💧 1st in freshwater Countries start wars for LESS than this. And somehow we are told we’re too poor to cut taxes, too broke to build homes, too weak to compete, too small to matter. It took historic levels of incompetence and ideological sabotage to bury a country this blessed. Imagine where Canada would be if we were actually allowed to win.🏆 #cdnpoli #Canada #Future #Resources #Economy #Energy #Mining #Prosperity

Tremendous article by Stephen Nagy - our leaders would be wise to read it
"Nobody wants Trump to be right. The possibility offends. But wanting is not analysis, and offence is not refutation. The painful possibility that Canadian policymakers must sit with is that Trump’s crude assessment of allies, adversaries, and the failing international order may be closer to truth than the elegant alternative Carney presented to standing ovations in Switzerland. Sometimes the rude guest sees what the polite ones have agreed not to mention." @nagystephen1 macdonaldlaurier.ca/what-if-…

Careful Peter - you’re making too much sense 🤔
We've had a complete dislocation of the electricity grid, now we have the highest energy prices in history. We've been told to get rid of our internal combustion vehicles for EVs, but we don't trust them. Farmers were told not to raise beef, then Bill Gates came up with meat made from insects. We built 400,000 wind turbines and billions of solar panels, and vandalised vast areas of the natural world (on purpose). The full price tag for this disastrous effort to meet net zero targets could reach $275 trillion, at $9.2 trillion per year (McKinsey, 2022). We have no idea if it will work. What is it meant to achieve, other than launder money? Government subsidies lit the flames and globalists, socialists, asset managers and investors all lined up with their hands out. Western governments couldn't wait to hand them the cash. We actually live in a balmy and comfortable world, for us, at a pleasant 15 degrees (globally speaking). This includes the 1.2 to 1.4 degree rise since the Little Ice Age in Europe 170 years ago. The world's long-term global average throughout the Phanerozoic Eon was 18-25 degrees. Temperatures today are already around 10 degrees 'cooler'. Humans along with all mammals lived through the steady cooling spiral of the Late Cenozoic Ice Age, which lasted 34 million years. The colder Quaternary glaciation has lasted 2.58 million years. Civilisations rose and fell in the current warm Holocene interglacial period, lasting 11,700 years. We're 'ice age adapted'. We're tough. We're still living in an ice age that has little to do with rising CO₂ levels. But we're not stupid. Ice ages mirror the orbital anomalies of earth's journey around the sun (Milanković). Throughout these cycles temperatures fluctuate wildly but predictably by 5–6°C every 100,000 or so years. Most scientists agree these cycles are driven by orbital variations. The truth is, no scientists seem able to agree on anything. But money always talks.

From the mainstream media summit this weekend. This clip has been scrubbed from CPAC. It would be a shame if this was shared endlessly as to expose the extreme media bias we in our Country. xitter.cf/MaretJaks/status/20179…

"terrorized by a libertarian Christian nationalist minority" Circulating and signing a petition in support of freedom is terrorism, folks. We're just like Hamas and the IRGC. It's fun when words have no meaning and you can say anything you want. But these are ravings of a nutter.

13 meetings with the Premiers since March 2025. All the same tired lines. Breaking down trade barriers, one Canadian economy, build Canada strong. That’s almost a year since this started with nothing to show for it. Carney said we were going to build at speeds we’ve never seen. It’s been almost a year. He got the “never seen” part right.

Quite true and alarming
For the record. Carney’s sectoral China deal, rolled out from Beijing without serious consultation with President Trump’s team, flagrantly misread where Washington’s red line now sits. It’s not about legal FTA formalities; it’s about whether Canada volunteers to be a pressure‑relief valve for Chinese overcapacity into the US market. Carney walked straight into that line of fire, then tried to hide behind technicalities. Taken together with his Davos moral‑grandstanding and thinly veiled jabs at Trump, it is hard to avoid the conclusion that he actively wanted a blow‑up with Washington to dramatize his own “values” brand at home. Picking a public fight with Trump over China lets him posture as the virtuous defender of multilateralism against the big, bad White House, even as he jeopardizes Canada’s core economic interests. Meanwhile, Carney’s team continues to treat green as the foundation of his industrial policy, ignores a separatist movement in Alberta that is quietly gaining steam, and spends its political capital virtue‑signalling to his globalist buddies in Europe. If TDS were a country, Canada under Carney would be that country: willing to risk 100 percent tariffs and USMCA blowback just to signal its distaste for Trump and his China strategy. This is not grand strategy; it is performative anti‑Trumpism masquerading as foreign policy, and it leaves Canada exposed, not principled.

I have updated my latest details on the Culebra Event. at this time, it looks like a heavy focus on the NW Pacific with likely cascading secondary movements. The calculated total movements may actually exceed my initial m 10.3 estimate, but would split into separate events.
