I previously wrote that this limit does not allow our jet interceptors to protect the country from jet Shaheds. Now we know about a new problem. A significant part of the regular Shaheds are shot down by our helicopters. Helicopters fly faster than 160 km/h. Starshield speed limit has affected an important information transmission channel to combat helicopters. It is very difficult for me to realize that one sudden step by our partners destroys a significant part of our defense. I believe that this is a misunderstanding and that it will be resolved.

🇺🇦‼️ Zelensky: Again, a Russian ballistic attack in several waves overnight, and again there was no warning from partners. Again, the targets were energy and infrastructure, but a medical clinic, a school, a metro station, and ordinary residential buildings were also damaged. In total, the Russians used 16 ballistic missiles, and this was a targeted attack against Kyiv and the Kyiv region. The Russians also used more than two hundred drones of various types, including jet "Shaheds", from Kharkiv and Dnipro regions to Volyn, Rivne, and Odesa regions. Unfortunately, there are victims. At night and in the morning, Russia attacked energy facilities in Vinnytsia, Volyn, Kirovohrad, Kyiv, Mykolaiv, Zhytomyr, Khmelnytskyi, Kharkiv, Ternopil, Odesa, and Rivne regions. In just one night, more than 10 energy infrastructure facilities were damaged and at least 550,000 families were left without electricity. Repair teams are working on the ground. Ukraine never wanted this war, and we have positively accepted literally EVERY attempt by our partners to end this war with dignity, and EVERY proposal for a ceasefire was positively responded to. Putin does not want not only the end of this war, but even any de-escalation steps. EVERY partner has experienced this personally when he heard Russia’s refusals. And it is very important to call things by their proper names. Call the aggressor an aggressor and help Ukraine protect lives. When the supply of missiles for Ukrainian air defense is blocked, and Russia receives a relaxation or postponement of sanctions, this is, unfortunately, a denial of reality on the part of the partners.
