We need a big time C to control the puck and set up our wings. We’re vastly outshot & outplayed offensively every night. Goodrow is not a top 6 player (sorry) neither is Kappo(more sorry). Matter of fact Kappo won’t be in the league in 2 years if he continues to play like this.
We need to start calling it like we see it… Stop making up stories Kappo is not cutting it nor is Chytil they are okay players no-where near high end potential NHL Stars. STOP, they are not showing any signs of being BIG time scorers…
And we might be able to do a Hopkins deal around Georgiev? And not the entire team like Sabres want.
Why don’t we go after Ryan Nugent Hopkins? He’s not Eichel but he’s very good, only 28 and I’m sure we can swing a more reasonable deal plus his salary is more reasonable as well.

Laf & Kakko need to play with top 6 guys 20 minutes every night! Otherwise they will disappear.
NYR need to look at the Big picture these guys are vital to the growth of the Org.
What is the NYR organization thinking of Kappo Kakko right now?

How bad is this??!? Lafreniere 3:50 of ice in the 1st period against the Flyers on a Rangers team that has lost Chytil, Panarin, Kakko... what is Quinn doing?? On top of that Gauthier 2:23 seconds of Ice. Can we reassign Quinn back to BU please!
On the other hand Kappo & Laf have never gotten near 20 minutes of ice averaging closer to 14 minutes. Huge difference in developing the players! Hughes is playing almost 20 minutes every night!
