Bodycam footage of an attempted police raid in Atlantic City, NJ on the home of a paralyzed man where two cops were shot has been released.
One officer was shot in the femoral artery but recovered after two weeks in the hospital and another officer was shot in the head but the round was stopped by his ballistic helmet 🪖
It's a good reminder that when you have a hammer everything looks like a nail. Perhaps a "tactical callout," when serving a warrant at the home of a known PARALYZED man, is a better option than a dynamic breach.
Perhaps in 99.9999%+ of the incidents modern "SWAT" teams are used, a callout is the better option as militarized police endanger ALL Americans and are, quite literally, the "Standing Army" our Founders warned us about.
Avoid making ego driven decisions accordingly...

This man is wearing a full USMC Sergeant Major (E-9) uniform, a Silver Star with Valor device, and service stripes that claim roughly 12 years of service.
He is not active duty.
He is not retired.
He says he “went to a wedding.”
The rank doesn’t match the stripes. The Silver Star is not an authorized award for him. He claims he deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan twice (and so did his son), yet still chose to put on a uniform and decorations he did not earn.
Wearing the uniform of Marines—especially with combat awards—is not a costume. It is an insult to every Marine who actually earned the right to wear it and to those who never came home.
This is Stolen Valor. Call it what it is. Real service members and veterans should not have to watch this in public without someone saying something.
If your son is actually a Marine, he should be the first person telling you to take it off.
Drop the gear. Stop representing something you didn’t earn.

On March 18, 2006 the U.S. Navy sent a boarding team to investigate suspicious vessels off the coast of Somali.
As the boarding team approached, they were fired upon by the Somali pirates, who then began to chase the boarding team as they attempted to return to the destroyer USS Gonzalez and the cruiser USS Cape St. George.
The pirates used small arms and RPGs as they engaged the ships. The U.S. ships use their own small ship mounted guns on the attackers, quickly setting one of their ships ablaze, and taking 12 pirates prisoner.
A Somali tribal spokesman stated that 27 Somalis went on the water that day to act as “coastguardmen.” Only one body was recovered so there may have been 15 pirates killed.
Just a reminder that some of these same lovely people undoubtedly live among us in this country, most likely in Minnesota.

ATF Releases NFA guidance in response to the Texas NFA lawsuit:
"Effective October 9, 2026, ATF will no longer require individuals to seek ATF approval under the NFA before making or transferring short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, silencers, and “any other weapon[s]” as defined in 26 U.S.C. § 5845(e). ATF will also no longer require such items to be registered in the National Firearms Registration and Transfer Record. These policies apply uniformly to anyone otherwise subject to these requirements, not just to the plaintiffs in the litigation."
