#BILDERBERG AUTUMN MEETING 2026 The #Bilderberg Steering Committee meets as a collegial body twice a year. In the spring, during the Bilderberg Meetings, and in the autumn, at a meeting known as the Steering Committee Meeting, or, more simply, the ‘Autumn Meeting’. The decision to create this type of meeting was taken by the Group in Geneva on 17 March 1957. On that occasion, it was agreed that ‘Steering Committee meetings could provide an opportunity for a fuller exchange of views and more in-depth study of various problems’. It was therefore decided that ‘a meeting of the Steering Committee would be held in the interval between each conference, to allow an in-depth discussion of an important problem. Such a Steering Committee meeting could last a day and a half, with half a day reserved for administrative matters, such as preparation for the next conference, and one day devoted to the debate itself. In addition to the members of the Steering Committee, people with special expertise in the issues on the agenda could be invited to attend’. It is October 6, 2026, and the 2026 Autumn Meeting of the Bilderberg Steering Committee could take place at any moment—this week or in the weeks to follow—somewhere in Europe or North America... amidst general indifference. Nobel Laureate Sir Demis Hassabis (Co-Founder & Chair of Google DeepMind; Chief Scientist of Alphabet; Founder & CEO of Isomorphic Labs) has participated in eight Bilderberg Meetings since 2015. The Ditchley Foundation, which will organize the event, was created in 1958 by Sir David Wills, with the aim of strengthening dialogue and cooperation between the United Kingdom and North America. Over time, this transatlantic objective has evolved into a broader mission: to promote global understanding and dialogue among nations worldwide. The Ditchley Foundation has branches in the United States and Canada. Its main activity is organizing ten to twelve conferences a year, usually held at Ditchley Park, which are designed to stimulate dialogue on topics of international importance. The ties between the Bilderberg Group and the Ditchley Foundation are numerous and long-standing. For example, Charles W.
