I had the opportunity to speak at @HerneBayFC recently, and it got me thinking about the importance of mental health in football. 🧠⚽
Did you know?
12.5% of men in England have a mental health disorder.
A typical matchday squad for a side has how many men in it?

Wow! I left this one hyped!! The energy the young men from @ErithTown brought to Tuesday’s wellness workshop was electric! It’s no surprise to me that both sides are competing for titles this year. @marcpetters you & team are doing a fantastic job!
Another one!
Excited to announce I'll be visiting the men at @vcd_club this Thursday.
Together, we're raising the profile of our non-league community, supporting each other on and off the field.

ON THIS DAY: In 2018 we travelled to Ashford United and thanks to the 'Real Slim Shady' Max Oldham, we came away with a gritty 1-0 win.
