imagine you have a family member who cares a lot about you and wants you to be your healthiest self so they check in every day with questions like.. "did you make it to the gym today?" "are you eating healthy today?" "did you get enough sleep last night?" not to be annoying.. but because they want to make sure you are taking care of yourself. this family member wouldn't stop there. they'd be the first person to help you with the healthcare system. they would: - send you the latest research relevant to your health - make sure you have appointments lined up - follow up with your doctor directly they would make sure you are not falling between the cracks of our healthcare system. inwardly, they are your accountability coach. outwardly they are your health advocate. this is the vision i am building towards with BodyBuddy 🫶. there's like 1000 reasons BodyBuddy specifically may fail (in fact we are very UNLIKELY to succeed), but ai that proactively thinks about your health every single day is an inevitability.
