Solana's first generative art collection just became permanent. FRAKT: 10,000 fractals in five forms (Net, Portal, Star, Eye, Wave), minted between June 6 and July 25, 2021. Now fully on-chain, verifiable and immutable. Forever. Here's what we did, and why it matters. 🧵

Love seeing the first generative art collection on Solana future proofing itself with better tech. Immutable and onchain is the only way to make sure the art lasts at least as long as the chain.

The art now needs no server, no company, no one: it re-renders from the chain alone, forever. We attacked our own setup 16 different ways trying to forge or corrupt a render. 16 failures. Trustless renders from raw chain data: 6/6.

Re-rendering every Frakt from the original 2021 source, embedding the full renderer + parameters on Solana, and freezing the metadata. Well done! 👏
