We are going to have a bull market whether the CLARITY ACT passes or not
#Bitcoin literally doesn't care
It never needed it before and it doesn't need it now
When it's ready it will go 🚀
If this clarity act passes in the future, it will more likely be at much HIGHER prices
Not at the bottoming area
Why?
Because they don't want us to buy BEFORE the pump
They want us to buy AFTER the pump lol
Don't you get it by now? It's all part of the game

No, investors are selling Metaplanet because they enacted a compensation scheme that is unprecedented and completely outside the boundaries of public company corporate behavior. In fact it is so rich that it has literally never been done before. Management did not act as a fiduciary for their shareholders. A standard they should be held to. They should be fired, resign, disgorge the unearned gains or suffer in a class action lawsuit. I no longer own the Company but if I were a holder I would initiate such a suit.
$MTPLF 👀
People have asked me why I keep posting about Metaplanet.
Disclosure:
- I am no longer a shareholder as of this week
- I have no short position, and have never shorted the company (or any company, for that matter)
- I have no plans to re-enter a position anytime soon
I have three main reasons why I keep posting about the 10th series issue.
1) 273 million shares in compensation is excessive and unfair to shareholders. The current value of these shares is $490 million, and if they ever reach the all-time high of 1,930 Yen, those 273 million additional shares will represent $3.2 billion, with ~48% of that going to the CEO.
2) The whole point of these posts is to pressure the team to do the right thing and roll back the additional shares created at the expense of shareholders. It was a legacy clause that should never have been carried over to the Bitcoin era, especially not when the main business model shifted towards issuing common stock to buy Bitcoin. I also want them to be more transparent and improve their communication with the community.
3) Quite frankly, to put the industry on notice. If we allow this without opposition, other companies may try to do the same. We already had the CEOs of Strive, Smarter Web, Capital B, and OranjeBTC come out and explain their compensation structure in detail. I especially like the Strive policy which I recently named the gold standard. Because if you add it all up, annual dilution from total employee compensation will be 1% to 1.5%. And that is if all targets are achieved and maxed out, which ensures that shareholders have done very well. I encourage other companies to emulate it, and post all compensation details on their dashboards for full transparency.
The Metaplanet team has been silent for the past two days, and I assume that they are reasoning through how to best react to it. Which I support, and I know that these things take time.
I am hopeful that they decide to do the right thing, as outlined in the quoted post below. Mistakes happen. It's not too late to make things right. And it would be a clean foundation upon which to rebuild trust over time.
I sincerely hope that Metaplanet plans to be around for decades to come, and create an abundance of value for all stakeholders. The pie will grow, and there will be plenty for all of us. That's the beauty of playing the long game.
So many shareholders have reached out and thanked me for my efforts, as people like me and Zynx are putting into words what many have on their minds.
I encourage everyone to speak up.
Because now is the time.

Ran some numbers, and 1,756 BTC is my prediction for the $ASST purchase this week.
If that’s the case, that is an 8.2% increase to the balance sheet WoW.
I’m not suprised at all they are trading at a 2mNAV with purchases like this and no sign of slowing down at all.
I have been saying for a long time my base case is at the top of a bull market, the best structured companies will be awarded with mNAV’s of 3-5+ due to the reflexivity, sentiment, and growth that they will endure when Bitcoin is ripping.
They got to a 2 mNAV with Bitcoin barely off its lows.
You just wait until everyone is trying to get their hands on some Bitcoin in a raging bull, a large premium will be paid to access the companies buying the most of it.
Be more bullish, we are in for an absolutely ride the next 12-24 months.

So much 4 year cycle hate and misunderstanding still
The 4 year cycle theory helped us see the biggest and longest drawdown this cycle - it was correct 🥂
That is the whole point of that outline 🫡
It did its job
4 year outline remains undefeated
And now we are in Q3 2026 and can begin our buy programs in peace
Anyone who thinks otherwise can block me
4 year cycle haters have caused nothing but harm to their followers, and have yelled and screamed and insulted people who were simply following a trend
Those people have ultimately harmed their followers and their friends, and will obviously keep doing so
I'm am continuing to clear all noise
Anyone who was bullish all the while way down in an insulting manner, DO NOT talk to me about cycle theory
I have happily explained it countless times and at this point I will just block you out of pleasure
Thank you for your attention to this matter

Everyone celebrating Bitcoin bounce at $62K
No one's asking what happens at $67K
$67K is a powerful psychological mark. It won't break that easy. After reaching this target $Btc will dump like this:
$67K → $62K → $52K → $45K
If you think the bear market is over I have some bad news for you.
The crowd thinks the same. When it happens chart goes EXACTLY in opposite direction.
I called the recent Bitcoin dump, $126k top in October 2025, and $16k bottom in November 2022.
If you missed those calls, don't worry. I'll call the next one too.
Follow now. I'll call every major move.

The most costly trade of the last 12 months was investing in crypto over AI.
Will that change?
It's official.
MicroStrategy, $MSTR, is now facing its biggest unrealized loss in history, at -$10.8 billion.
In other words, after 6 years of buying Bitcoin, the company is now down -17% on its position.
By comparison, the S&P 500 is up +116% over this same timeframe.
Since MicroStrategy sold 32 Bitcoin at $77,135 per coin, their positions has lost -$11.8 billion in value.
This puts MicroStrategy's stock, $MSTR, down -77% since its record high.
Bear market is an understatement.

There are so many young, unqualified people in the crypto industry giving financial advice. They think they are smart just because they bought into Bitcoin early and made some money. But they are also too young to know the old saying, "don't confuse brains with a bull market."

$MSTR launching not just 1 but 4 preferred equities is probably the dumbest thing they could have done
And the only reason they did that is because the company lied about their 21 billion 3 year ATM program which they executed in 3 months. Buying all the BTC above $100k basically.
Some of the worst capital allocation I have ever seen.
Entertaining to the say the least.

$MSTR - STRATEGY'S BITCOIN U-TURN:WSJ
For years, Michael Saylor urged investors to never sell bitcoin—famously saying, “Sell a kidney if you must, but keep the bitcoin.” Now, his company, Strategy, is preparing to sell part of its bitcoin holdings to remain solvent. The irony is hard to miss: Saylor still appears to have both kidneys.
