I genuinely feel like we need LESS output from everyone right now. In every creative medium. Quality is going down because of rushed work. People are burning out just to keep up. And no one even has time to engage with how much stuff is being made.

Roblox wants a future where everyone has a "hyper-realistic avatar" that "looks just like them." The transition towards that appears to be starting. David Baszucki said that during their Q2 2022 earnings call. Might be fluff, but it appears to be a strong possibility now.

Roblox is taking down all of your faces. Roblox plans to take down all dynamic faces which do not move on March 3rd. And then delete them from your inventories on June 15th. Thank you guys all for your support over the last couple years.

A long time ago I considered making a lot of the custom Classic style faces I designed for people UGC items because I felt there were not enough of them in the catalog at the time. Looks like that would have been pointless

Roblox has no respect for you as a creator if your creations don't match their creative vision. You can create millions of customers and have it taken away. They don't have any respect for you as a consumer either. You can buy some thing one day and have it taken away the next.

Roblox is forcing all static faces offsale and removing them from users' inventories unless we update them to be dynamic. For a while now I have been running the @LastinkerRoblox group, but sadly Roblox is releasing this update and forcing me to quit. 💔
