According to Nashville Police Deputy Malcom Reynolds, Damon was removed to the restaurant level of the club, where he was allowed to have a meal, sover up, and call for a ride.
"Kid didn't want him humiliated," said Deputy Reynolds," but it's too late. There will be videos everywhere by tomorrow."
Damon's people have been working feverishly to purchase every copy out there, but word is that TMZ is processing a high-quality version as we speak.
