Q4 Nov/Dec paid traffic prices are CRAZY, hope CPMs go down in January
Currently only 1.30% ROI, need more creatives
first month. maybe not that impressive, but it's honest work 🛠️🧐
putting 16 hour days to make that MRR graph go full hockey stick mode, i'll keep you updated.
My girlfriend got me this for Christmas.
never received much recognition as an entrepreneur (just like many of you) so these small things make a difference, when you spend your entire day talking to a computer in your living room.
She got it from etsy. I love it
You spend money, you make money.
If the math works, and your (limited data theory) makes sense, go for it.
If the worst case scenario is getting half of what you spent, and best case scenario is 10X, 20X , 30X…
That’s no gamble, its a great deal.
In biz, no risk, no porsche
Usually pans out like this:
They spend more money to build an A380 runway for the same-sized opportunity as a bootstrapped business.
Most times, a cash injection just makes the runway fatter, not longer.
Easy to spend 10X/m more, optimizing the wrong thing.

Imagine running a 200‑person team.
20 years as the largest fitness app.
Untouchable. Too big to fail.
Then a tiny new app pops up.
“Just a gimmick,” you dismiss them.
“They all fade.”
But it doesn’t fade.
It grows. And grows.
14 months go by.
You stare at their name above yours.
15 rebels outworking a 200‑person giant.
Legacy dies slow.
But it dies.
It’s a cookie factory now, sad to see it fall apart over the last few years. @Apple

Thinking too much feels productive, but it’s often procrastination in disguise.
Clarity comes from doing, not overanalyzing.
Take the first step, even if it feels wrong.
